About the Role: Software Onboarding Manager, E-commerce

As a Software Onboarding Manager at Okendo, you'll play a pivotal role in setting up new merchants for long-term success with their Okendo programs. You'll be the dedicated point of contact for onboarding new merchants, representing the Okendo brand, and demonstrating product expertise. Your mission will be to drive customer success, foster strong relationships, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to design programs that uniquely match the merchant's needs and leverage the full power of the Okendo Platform.
  • Establish strong relationships between merchants and Okendo teams, with clear expectations.
  • Ensure merchants go live seamlessly and efficiently through state-of-the-art project management and dependable quality control.
  • Help merchants prioritize their needs in relation to their business goals and define a growth plan to engage them into a long-term partnership with Okendo.
  • Identify and recommend growth opportunities across the suite of products in the Okendo Platform.
  • Collaborate with various teams to tell the stories of successful merchants and drive the expanded use of the Okendo platform.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working at a Seed Series / Series A SaaS company in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Assertiveness and leadership to drive the execution of action plans.
  • Tech savviness, with a comfort level around CSV, HTML, and APIs.
  • Impeccable communication, both written and verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A high degree of commitment and resilience as you work to enable the best outcomes for your customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Shopping, and e-commerce tech stacks and metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A process-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance.

What You'll Achieve:

Within the first month, you'll become certified as an Okendo Product Expert and complete our onboarding program. Within six months, you'll have successfully supported and launched dozens of customers onto the Okendo platform and developed the knowledge and skills to handle our most challenging customers. Within a year, you'll be a subject matter expert and resource for our customers and internal teams, working closely with our marketing team to develop case studies and other marketing materials.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $88,000 per year, including bonus.
  • 100% employer-paid coverage of employee health insurance.
