Senior Business Analyst - India - Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and encourage stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and high-quality standards.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Monitor project progress and assist in addressing any issues that arise during implementation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on digital products and services.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in gathering requirements and tools such as JIRA and Confluence; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quantify and analyze data effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Adaptability: Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
