Strategic Partnerships Manager

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

At WorkMotion, we believe that you should work with the best people—no matter where they live. That's why we've created a platform that allows you to hire, manage, and pay your team members anywhere in the world in seconds! And we practice what we preach. We're a fully remote company with employees in over 40 different countries.

We believe in measuring performance by output, not input. We're a true "employer of the future." We won't stop until location becomes an opportunity, not a constraint! As we expand our reach and impact, partnerships play a critical role in driving our growth.

That’s why we’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and owning two critical partnership tracks:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Deep, product-led collaborations and integrations—including partnerships with HCM systems, payroll providers, time & attendance platforms, and other HR-tech solutions.
  • Channel Partnerships: Scalable, performance-driven referral partnerships focused on lead generation and acquisition—with local HR services, global mobility firms, PEOs/EORs, and more.

You’ll be the dealmaker. We need you to open doors, communicate a compelling vision, build relationships, and—most importantly—close partnership deals. You’ll report directly to our Sales Leadership and will also work closely with our CEO. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and many other departments. You will be our one and only Partnerships Manager. That’s why we’re looking for an absolute self-starter. You must have an entrepreneurial drive. You must have the necessary gravitas to be able to communicate with very senior leaders at other companies.

What you will do as a Strategic Partnerships Manager:

  • Execute our partnership strategy across both strategic and channel partnerships.

- On strategic partnerships:

  • Open high-quality conversations with potential strategic partners via cold entry or warm introductions.
  • Manage and drive your pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on product integrations and technical collaborations.
  • Close meaningful strategic partnerships—you are the dealmaker.

- On channel partnerships:

  • Develop and sign channel partnerships with high lead-volume potential.
  • Own the full lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding to enablement, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Turn partnerships into measurable business impact by tracking revenue and pipeline generation from signed partners.
  • Represent WorkMotion at events, webinars, and partner-facing meetings.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or strategic GTM roles, ideally in HR-tech, or alternatively in B2B SaaS.
  • Gravitas: You need to be able to communicate on par with C-level executives at other companies.
  • Communication skills: You need flawless and compelling communication and presentation skills.
  • Persistence: You need to be a persistent self-starter who gets things done and is able to independently overcome obstacles.
  • Interpersonal skills: You’re a natural relationship builder.

Desirable (but not required):

-What You’ll Get:

  • The opportunity to build and own an entire lead generation channel for one of Europe’s leading HR-tech companies.
  • Access to our existing network of strategic and channel partners.
  • Mentoring and coaching by our Sales Leadership and CEO.
  • Startup-like freedom with scaleup reach and support.
  • The chance to prove yourself in a high-impact role.

At WorkMotion, we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer. If you need any accommodations during the recruitment process, just let our Recruitment Team know at [email protected]. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
