Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Walgreens Healthcare Quality Improvement program by designing and implementing data foundation conditions that enable report automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data insights and analytics. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with IT, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design and implement data foundation conditions that enable report automation

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses to support reporting and analytics requirements
• Design and implement data governance and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata to support data governance and quality control
• Perform data profiling and data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain data models and data architectures to support data governance and quality control
• Collaborate with IT and data scientists to develop and implement data integration and data warehousing solutions
• Develop and maintain data quality and data governance policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and data management
• Strong background in data management and data governance
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data warehousing and data integration tools, such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes

Preferred Qualifications

* Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS) certification

• Experience with healthcare data and analytics
• Experience with data governance and quality control processes
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with data integration and data warehousing tools, such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Experience with data modeling and data architecture
