Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst, Content Valuation, you will be responsible for supporting the development of content valuation models and conducting data-driven research to inform our content strategy. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including finance, legal, and business development teams, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. This is a full-time, remote work position that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for media and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain content valuation models to inform our content strategy across Disney-controlled DTC services

  • Conduct data-driven research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with finance partners to identify and implement process efficiencies and improve the quality of ascriptions
  • Curate and organize large datasets to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Regularly track and maintain content performance metrics, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that support the development of new ideas and strategies across the organization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or economics

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or research role, preferably in the media and entertainment industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with large datasets and scientific tools, with a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Familiarity with content valuation and licensing models, with a strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
