Shape the future of AI in Fashion StyleAs an AI Trainer - Fashion Style, you’ll apply your expertise in fashion to train AI in recognizing and creating on-trend, stylish looks. You’ll ensure that AI understands fashion preferences, seasonality, and evolving trends, contributing to AI’s role in the fashion industry. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to shape AI’s fashion knowledge while making a direct impact.

Your Day-to-Day

• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated fashion outputs, including clothing combinations, trends, and style suggestions.
• Problem Solving: Use your fashion expertise to help AI recognize and suggest fashion trends, creating a deep understanding of personal style and industry developments.
• Red Teaming: Identify inaccuracies or biases in the AI’s fashion recommendations. Develop tests to ensure the AI’s outputs are relevant and reflect current fashion trends.
• You create your own working hours depending on project length.

About You

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in fashion style and trends.
• Strong writing skills with excellent English-language spelling and grammar.
• A critical eye and ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional experience in fashion styling, design, or a related role.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Alignerr strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected hourly rate range for United States-based candidatesis below. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role.
