As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in our e-commerce operations. Your primary responsibilities will include creating products for our website, organizing product data, analyzing data, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Product Creation: Input and extract data from various Excel spreadsheets, create products viewed online by customers for purchase, and research product details to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand requirements.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries by answering emails and taking calls to provide excellent customer service, resolve errors on digital marketplaces, and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Data Management: Review, organize, and select images for new products, write product descriptions using SEO best practices, and conduct keyword research to optimize product listings.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to improve product listings, customer satisfaction, and overall e-commerce operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and performing other tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field; experience in e-commerce or accounting a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional Microsoft Excel, Word, and PC skills; ability to use multiple web-based programs at once.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a large amount of data accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with E-commerce Platforms: Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Excel.
