What You'll Do

As a Staff Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data analysis and insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Item Success, Record Management, and Suppliers to ensure successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and global data processing standards.
• Leading the execution of daily requests for data analysis and control of primary and secondary data to support Provider and Internal requests.
• Assessing demands for data services and understanding the requirements of market research projects.
• Preparing, planning, prioritizing, and communicating effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on schedule.
• Validating databases for interactive consistency, reformatting, and updating databases for downstream analysis.
• Manipulating data into the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as necessary).
• Providing proactive advice or ideas for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery.
• Performing other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
• Developing and communicating best practices to stakeholders across divisions to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes.
