• 特許出願明細書の作成、出願業務
• 拒絶理由通知書等に対する応答業務（補正書、意見書の作成）
• 担当事業部の特許戦略策定・コンサルティング業務
• 担当事業部の知財契約・営業秘密管理のサポート
• ボッシュグループ内におけるワールドワイドの知財協力活動

• Draft of patent documents, prosecution work with JPO
• Response to office action (arguments, claim amendments)
• IP consulting, IP strategy for business units
• IP contract, treatment for trade secrets
• Global IP cooperation activity in Bosch IP organization

必須スキル

• 明細書作成及び庁手続きの業務経験２年以上
• 機械、電気工学の知識（特に電気、通信関連技術の知識が望ましい）
• 対人関係スキル（コミュニケーション、自己統制、説得力、交渉力）
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（TOEIC700点程度）

好ましいスキル

• 弁理士資格
• 企業知財部で特許担当としての経験

• Experience for drafting a patent document and prosecution work
• Knowledge for mechanical or electrical engineering (in particular, electric and telecommunication knowledge is preferred)
• Mindset of actively and responsibly engaging in Bosch’s business by not only providing specialized knowledge but also proposing practicable solutions
• Communication in English (TOEIC more than 700 preferred)
• Qualification as a JP patent attorney (preferred)
• experience of working as a patent engineer at company's IP dept (preferred)
