Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support to members, greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve member inquiries.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that members feel valued and supported.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related industry.
  • A verifiable High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance products and services.
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
