SOFTSWISS is expanding their technical team and seeking a Senior Technical Writer to deliver clear, structured documentation for internal teams and Technical Account Managers. The role involves creating user guides, release notes, and microcopy, enhancing knowledge sharing, and mentoring other writers. They are a secure iGaming platform focused on high-quality service and competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical documentation
- Proven experience in writing user guides in explanatory and procedural styles
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Style Guide or similar
- At least one year of experience in API writing
- English proficiency C1+ and higher
- Russian proficiency C1+ and higher
- Experience in writing release notes
- Experience with Git
- Knowledge of markup languages
- Proficiency with managing Confluence
- Experience writing and proofreading technology-related content
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Proactiveness and initiative
- Independent work ethic
- Teamwork
- Strong understanding of UX writing
