These roles carry out professional quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop. A major benefit with these positions is flexibility, as we support a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction

• Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions

• Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection

• Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory

Experience Required:

• Essential experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting

• Essential relevant New Zealand Electrical Qualifications – minimum EASQ (Electrical Appliance Serviceperson Qualified)

• Essential registered Electrical Licence (GAS licence- advantageous)

• Desirable experience with cookware diagnostics and repair

• Preferred hands-on experience in electrical fault diagnosis and fixing

• Strong communication skills and strong PC skills

• Ability to provide premium customer service

• Clean criminal history and driver’s license

• Must be physically fit and healthy - a pre-employment medical will be conducted
