Bits of your job:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, ensuring high performance and skill development.

• Plan, execute, and coordinate test strategies for product releases.

• Review and improve testing procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Product) to address quality concerns and ensure product standards.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

• Identify and report defects, track issues, and ensure proper resolution.

• Maintain test documentation and ensure it’s up-to-date.

Requirements

Key Expectations:

• Proven experience in a QA leadership role, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with automated testing tools and processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with industry compliance standards.

Salary: 1,500-2,200 €/mon. net
