About the Role
KITSCH is currently looking for a driven, hungry, and high-potential Amazon PPC Manager to join our Amazon Storefront team. This is an Entry-Level to Mid-Level position with a clear path to leadership. You’ll start by learning the ins and outs of Amazon Performance Marketing under direct Mentorship—and evolve into a Key Player overseeing 8-figure annual ad spend and leading a team. So… If you’re obsessed with growth, analytically wired, and ready to outwork the competition, this role is your launchpad. What will be your responsibilities?
- Support the daily management of Amazon ad Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
- Assist in optimizing Budgets, Bids, and keywords to hit performance targets.
- Analyze and Report on KPIs, contributing insights to improve efficiency and scale.
- Learn advanced Campaign structures, optimization tactics, and scaling strategies.
- Stay on top of Amazon Ads trends and Platform updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, and Marketplace teams.
- Prepare to take on increasing responsibility—including hiring and managing junior analysts as you grow.
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience
- 1 year of experience in Amazon Ads, eCommerce Marketing, or Digital Media
- Required Skills
- Excel / Google Sheets

- Deep desire to grow into a high-level Marketing Leader

- Seller Central and Amazon Ads Console
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Perpetua, or Pacvue

About the Offer
- Location: US
- Type of Contract: Full-Time

- Competitive Pay: $50.000 – $70.000 (Base Salary, depending on experience)
