Systems Engineer
We're looking for a skilled and adaptable Systems Engineer to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you’ll support escalated technical issues, contribute to ongoing projects, and assist with day-to-day system operations and maintenance. This position requires someone who can wear multiple hats, take ownership of their work, and contribute to a team culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Your day-to-day will consist of:
- Managing and resolving escalated support tickets
- Participating in ongoing infrastructure and migration projects
- Contributing to planning and implementation of systems improvements
- Handling ad-hoc technical duties as they arise
- Supporting other team members as needed
- Logging billable hours accurately in the ticketing system

- KPI’s:
- There are currently no fixed KPI metrics, but success is measured through:
- Accurate time tracking within the ticketing system

Required Experience/ Skills:
- Experience/Knowledge Requirements – Essential:
- Microsoft 365 Stack
- Entra
- Exchange
- Intune
- SharePoint (configuration/migration)
- Azure framework/design experience
- Virtualization Platforms (experience with at least one):
- Nutanix, VXRail, XCP, Proxmox, vCenter, or Hyper-V
- Containerization & Kubernetes
- Enterprise Backup Solutions (e.g. Veeam, Datto, Commvault)
- Favorably Considered:
- Process Control Networks (PLC/SCADA)
- MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
- SharePoint workflows and design
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Go, or PowerShell
- Linux CLI and services
- Experience with Storage solutions
- Soft Skills
