Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Maintain organized schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure punctuality.
  • Email Management: Oversee the inbox, respond to messages, and uphold clarity and professionalism in communication.
  • Outreach & Coordination: Support outreach initiatives to potential clients and partners, manage follow-ups, and ensure effective communication.
  • Project & Task Management: Utilize organizational tools like ClickUp or Notion to oversee projects and meet deadlines.
  • Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client and vendor interactions, facilitating calls and ensuring clear communication.
  • Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on prospective leads or vendors, producing well-organized summaries and reports.
  • Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Use tools like Loom to create updates and walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholders remain informed – comfort on camera is essential!

Required Skills

  • Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly via email, phone, and other platforms.
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Curious Mindset: Eager to explore new subjects and learn continuously.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Tools: Website builders, Google Analytics, and basic design software like Canva is advantageous.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Projects: Concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Technology: Quick to adapt to new tools; experience with Slack, ClickUp, and Loom is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Previous Remote Work Experience: Essential, demonstrating independence and productivity in a virtual setting.
  • Background in an Assistant Role: Preferred, though we welcome fast learners with a passion for growth.
