Responsibilities

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Calling and receiving calls from clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and presenting insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls
  • Completing applications for insurance products and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
  • Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality with an upbeat attitude
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Leadership management experience, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with Zoom video conferencing software and other remote communication tools
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
