The Role: Proactive Customer Recall Agent

As a Proactive Customer Recall Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with the product. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners via phone or email
  • Proactively contacting customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience and ensuring they are happy with their purchase
  • Supporting the department and team leads with operational projects
  • Offering timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed) while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer navigation and telephone skills
  • Typing skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and participate in discussions as a consultant
  • Ability to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer, and Morley objectives
  • Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
  • Full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant or related field

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Michigan resident
  • High-speed internet access at home that can be connected to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
