Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into the system.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest services and support initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
