As a Senior Data Scientist on our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven solutions to optimize our advertising platform.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytics, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions, design online experiments, and measure and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy advanced predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques to drive business outcomes
• Design and execute online experiments (A/B testing) to measure and optimize results
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop data-driven solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI, analytics, and data science

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience applying modern AI techniques to build predictive models for classification and regression problems
• 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL
• 2+ years of experience extracting insights from complex data sets and presenting results to business stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create modeling datasets, and evaluating data quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
• PhD in related field preferred
• Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing)
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to colleagues
• Capacity to anticipate and prevent issues and detours before they occur

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $106,605 - $206,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
