Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Adobe Experience Platform. You will work closely with our IT and special agencies to align on technical requirements and implementations, and provide technical guidance and support to internal agencies. Your expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet commercial business needs
- Support new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal agencies regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and implement solutions
- Collaborate with IT and special agencies to align on technical requirements and implementations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
- Conduct daily audits to ensure maximum notable use of the platform
- Lead education sessions to up-skill internal agencies on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting companies to coordinate product improvements and workarounds
What You Need to Succeed
* 3+ years of experience in technical information manipulation and marketing solutions
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge
* Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with Customer Data structures, including Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment
- Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing complex business-grade structures
- In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices
- Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization
