As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in our Customer Support organization, you'll play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to join our team. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that we find the best candidates to meet our business needs.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate Finance business group. As a business-facing recruiting expert, you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates. You'll leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, data analysis, and business acumen to inform hiring decisions and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic counselor to hiring managers and HR partners on talent acquisition, providing insights on talent gaps, industry trends, compensation practices, and market movement.
  • Manage the overall recruiting process, including developing and recommending effective recruitment strategies, job postings, and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, including negotiating offers and communicating candidate selections.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize the recruiting process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

  • A four-year degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring processes.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Corporate Finance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technology and tools.
  • Certifications in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
