Job Description

Designed and developed HP NonStop/Tandem-based transaction processing applications to support customer's payment ecosystem, ensuring reliability and scalability in high-volume retail environments.

Implemented system enhancements, installations, and operational walkthroughs, while collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver audit-ready, compliant solutions.

Resolved complex payment processing and authorization issues, improving transaction success rates and customer experience.

Delivered seamless integration with host systems and third-party gateways, developed low-maintenance, reliable code, and provided technical documentation and training for stakeholders.
