Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective customers through phone and digital channels, helping them understand and choose the best Verizon products and services to meet their needs. Your ability to build trust, listen actively, and match customer preferences with the right solutions will be key to your success. Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound and inbound sales conversations via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus.
