Job Description

As a Disney Vacation Specialist, you will serve as a virtual concierge, helping guests plan customized Disney experiences. You’ll be responsible for answering inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, and booking travel and accommodation options through our systems. Your goal is to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and exceed expectations through knowledgeable and friendly service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel certification is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Disney destinations, parks, resorts, cruises, and packages

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience in customer service, travel planning, or sales preferred

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

• Must be a U.S. resident authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking Disney vacations

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

• Educate guests about park tickets, special events, lodging options, and packages

• Handle modifications, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments

• Provide expert advice and promote upselling when appropriate

• Maintain accurate records in booking systems and CRM software

• Stay updated on new offerings, seasonal promotions, and Disney policy changes
