Travel Data Entry Assistant – Remote Work

Rental Consulting is hiring a Travel Data Entry Assistant to support our client-facing systems in the travel and tourism sector. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for those with a passion for travel and strong data organization skills.

In this role, you’ll handle data related to bookings, itineraries, vendor information, and customer profiles. You’ll work closely with our travel operations team to keep digital records updated and accurate. It’s a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in both data entry and the travel industry.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update booking data, trip details, and customer records.

• Verify travel-related information such as flight numbers, hotel bookings, and transport schedules.

• Coordinate with the travel team to correct errors or missing data.

• Maintain databases for partner vendors, tours, and client accounts.

• Perform routine audits of travel logs and booking systems.

• Ensure timely reporting and distribution of travel summaries and updates.

🔎 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college-level coursework in business or tourism a plus.

• Previous data entry or clerical experience preferred but not required.

• Interest or experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries.

• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and online travel portals.

• Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
