Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor general ledger accuracy.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and support payroll processing.

• Support audits and tax preparation as needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
