Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with software navigation, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Provide support via phone, video chat, and traditional chat channels
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work in a remote environment, creating your own schedule and managing your time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will be a plus:

  • Previous customer support experience, particularly in a technical or software-related field
  • Familiarity with Intuit TurboTax or similar tax preparation software
  • Experience working in a remote or flexible environment

Contract Details

This is a seasonal contract opportunity, running from January to April 15th, 2025. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday to Sunday.

Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need:

  • A personal computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system)
  • A broadband internet connection (at least 10 MBPS)
  • A wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
  • A USB headset with microphone
  • A webcam (loaned to you for the duration of the contract)

  • This opportunity is not available to residents of California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington
  • You'll be required to pass a criminal background check
  • This is a contractual relationship, and you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits
