Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with all aspects of operations, including generating reports, managing data, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services, products, and policies to effectively address customer needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Office software and other tools to perform tasks, manage data, and generate reports.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role; LTL company experience is desirable but not required.
