Position Overview: Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the frontline representative of Pemo, providing exceptional support to our customers and playing a crucial role in their success. You'll work closely with our Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Your exceptional soft skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to a positive customer experience and drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers facing difficulties on our platform, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Collaborate with our Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues and provide the best possible answers.
  • Work closely with our Product Team to identify and report bugs, suggesting improvements to make our product more reliable and user-friendly.
  • Identify repetitive bottlenecks and suggest solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide internal feedback on how Pemo can better serve our customers, acting as their voice within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product development and latest releases, contributing to the development of our knowledge base.
  • Bring new ideas to delight our customers and improve their overall experience.

About You:

You're a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to ensuring our customers feel heard and valued. Your commitment to resolving issues with empathy and efficiency sets you apart. You're curious, a quick learner, and have the ability to absorb new information.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup or Fintech environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Strong empathy skills, with a real desire to help customers.
  • Organized with excellent coordination skills, able to multitask and solve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work UAE hours (9am - 6pm) following the UAE Calendar (Monday - Friday, public holidays, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Experience in a Fintech or startup environment.

You're proactive, empathetic, and have a customer-centric approach. You're also able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet customer needs.
