About the Role

We are actively seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our global consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and preserving GovAssist's dedication to providing an outstanding experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inquiries via multiple channels (calls, chats, e-mails)
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communication across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrating autonomy in time management while working in a fully remote, flexible environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A solid background in customer service, with at least two years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity
  • A genuine desire to help others and empathize with customer goals, frustrations, and circumstances
  • A customer-centric and business-oriented mindset
  • Comfort with technology and technical terminology
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and precision
