Key Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor key metrics to measure product performance and health, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage clickstream data to enhance customer experiences, inform product decisions, and drive business outcomes through conversion analysis, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, observational inference, and predictive analytics to identify and assess the impact of new product features, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to derive product-related insights, informing business decisions and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders across multiple geographies to proactively identify valuable opportunities, develop business acumen, and foster partner relationships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Program Directors, and Data Science, to drive data-based decisions and deliver business results.
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve top-tier analytics results, handling multiple products and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • 3+ years of experience working in e-commerce or consumer-centric technology organizations, with a strong background in Product Analytics, Data Science, Digital Analytics, or E-commerce Analytics.
  • Strong experience building and delivering analytics product solutions in e-commerce and retail spaces.
  • Excellent business acumen and partner management skills, with the ability to narrate complex data insights in a compelling and actionable way.
  • Experience driving analysts in developing data analytics solutions, with a strong bias towards action and a proven track record of using analytics to drive business impact.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL-based querying languages (MS SQL, MY SQL, HIVE, BigQuery) and experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, Omniture, Statsig, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications

To take your application to the next level, you'll ideally have:

  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics, as well as predictive analytics (segmentation, regression, forecasting, NLP).
  • Experience setting up and scaling experimentation practices, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • A strong understanding of data visualization best practices, with the ability to create compelling and informative dashboards.
