BMC Helix Engineer - Precision System Design Inc.

Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a BMC Remedy/Helix Engineer to support day to day operations of BMC Remedy/Helix. Responsibilities will include supporting Atrium Integrator, ITSM, Incident Management, ITOM, Discovery, Problem Management and Case Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with BMC Action Request System, BMC Helix Business Workflows and BMC Helix Innovation Studio. Experience with PostgresSQL, Puppet, Github, and REST API's are a plus.

This is a fully remote position but candidates must live and work in the 48 contiguous states and be willing to follow an Eastern Time Zone work schedule. Our client is an industry leader with a large, cutting edge IT shop and great work culture.
