As a Community Manager at FlipsterWe’re looking for a passionate and driven Community Manager to join our team at a leading crypto derivatives exchange. If you’re someone who thrives on building meaningful connections, energizing user communities, and shaping how brands engage with their audience.As a Community Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of user interaction, managing and growing our community across Telegram, Discord, social channels, and real-world events. You’ll be the voice of the community inside the company, working closely with marketing, product, and business teams to make sure user insights are heard and reflected in what we do.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute community engagement strategies across local and online platforms, including Telegram and Discord. Serve as the main point of contact for our Russian-speaking community, and relay user insights to internal teams. Plan and launch campaigns and promotions to drive user activity, retention, and brand visibility. Organize offline events and build strong local networks in the region. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and media in the crypto space. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams to align community initiatives with broader company goals. Lead and grow Telegram community engagement through structured, organic campaigns.
Qualifications2–3 years of experience in community management or marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or a fast-paced digital space. Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken. Deep understanding of Telegram, Discord, and other community engagement platforms. Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Willingness to work flexible hours, especially when community engagement peaks outside typical business hours. Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
PreferredPrior experience working in the crypto industry or financial services. Familiarity with crypto trading platforms or user growth campaigns. Existing relationships with regional KOLs or crypto influencers. Experience managing localized campaigns or growing communities in specific markets.
