ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and driven Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of our business—from studio operations to corporate strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to real-world applications of marketing, sales, content creation, AI integration, and more.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

Studio Operations

• Rotate and learn about studio operations
• Shadow Senior District Manager to understand key meetings, processes, ways of working

Marketing & Content Creation

• Virtually work with our marketing team to develop CPY Social Media stories and Blog Articles to reach targeted consumer
• Virtual Research project to identify Legacy Consumer Brands that have positive consumer sentiment as we approach (e.g., Patagonia, REI) and elements of their strategy including storytelling around “doing good” efforts to assist in evolving CPY’s brand positioning strategy.
• Support creating content around history and philosophy of yoga – Teacher Training

Finance Data Reporting

• Virtually trail Senior Manager of Finance to learn financial Reporting including KPIs and P&L for studios, the corporate office, and total company.

Demographic Research on Potential New Markets

• Virtually work with Director of Real Estate to research demographic and competitive information for new studios in identified growth markets.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)

• Strong interest in wellness, fitness, and yoga culture
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus

COMPENSATION

This is an unpaid internship. To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
