Job Overview We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for Zavaitar Limited, in Zavaitar you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure that technical solutions meet business goals. You will also assist in identifying areas for process improvement, creating detailed documentation, and supporting project implementation to drive business efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose IT solutions to meet business needs.
- Document functional and technical specifications for software development.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment.
- Assist in the development and optimization of business processes.
- Analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Lead workshops and meetings to identify project objectives and outcomes.
- Provide support during the implementation of IT solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions.
- Communicate progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
