The role of Part-Time Receptionist/Site Manager is an integral part of WestPoint's Lexington office operations and requires an individual who is detail-oriented, thorough, and accountable. Working approximately 25 hours per week Monday through Friday during core business hours, this role blends receptionist duties with site management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be proactive and demonstrate superior communication and prioritization skills to effectively manage front office activities. Responsibilities include opening and closing the office, greeting visitors with a friendly attitude, and handling incoming calls, all essential for maintaining smooth daily operations. Additionally, the role involves logistical support such as scheduling conference rooms, managing building access, preparing workspace and welcome packets for new associates, and conducting offboarding processes. The Site Manager is also responsible for office maintenance, inventory management, vendor interactions, and billing submissions. A unique aspect of this position is the requirement to obtain notary qualifications to perform notary duties on behalf of the firm. Contributing actively to site manager meetings, goals, and cross-departmental projects will be part of this dynamic role. At WestPoint, this position offers a competitive salary range of $19 to $22 per hour, reflecting the importance of the receptionist/site manager in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting the firm’s client-focused approach.
