Product Manager, Deloitte People Network, Deloitte Global DDAI
Deloitte is seeking a Product Manager for the Deloitte People Network (DPN) application. The successful candidate will provide business-side management for the DPN platform, partnering with global and country-level talent-related business and technology teams. They will be responsible for driving integrations with other HR, staffing, skills, badging, certification, and Knowledge Management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science) required.
- 7+ years of related technology project management, custom developed software delivery and systems integration experience
- Proven effectiveness at stakeholder management
- Experience with HR, Knowledge Management and Content Management tools
- Experience with Search and Generative AI tools
- Ability to provide effective direction to team members, including time management and mentoring
- Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
