Drivers are paid hourly pay range -19.13 - 22.63. Base of 40 hours per week. Higher pay available if OT involved.

Concrete knowledge and experience preferred

Mechanical background or skills preferred.

During the busy season this could be a six day working week with longer hours.

• Company Driver (W2, Solo)
• Ready Mixer
• Local
• $765 - $905 total weekly avg. pay
• 500 - 1,500 avg. miles per week
• $2,000 sign on bonus
• Dedicated
• Day shift
• 100% Driver Load/Unload

• 5 days on, 2 days off
• No guaranteed weekends home

• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment.
• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.

• Class B license without (E) No Manual restriction
• 12 months Ready Mixer experience
