Our Real Estate Tax group covers work in the real estate industry assisting our clients with solving difficult commercial and tax problems. We're looking for tax professionals to take our team to the next level, as we manage a prestigious portfolio of real estate related clients, assisting them to solve complex commercial and tax challenges.
Requirements
- Australian Taxation knowledge
- Experience in business development and proposal activities
- Strong communication skills
- Team leadership abilities
- Professional Tertiary Qualification/Degree
- Experience in leading teams
- Ability to develop investment structures for clients
- Ability to work closely with Financial Advisory business teams
- Ability to assist clients with M&A activities
- Ability to research and analyse technical tax issues
- Ability to prepare and review tax reports
- Ability to work with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to obtain rulings for clients
- Ability to support business development initiatives and proposals
- Ability to prepare for and attend meetings with clients
