You’ll empower our Go-To-Market teams to deliver resilient results through scalable tools, evolving playbooks, and data-driven processes.

As our first Demo Engineering Analyst, you’ll design the systems that allow our sales and customer success teams to show Choco’s value in minutes, not hours. This isn’t just about automation. It’s about credibility, creativity, and collaboration. You’ll make sure every client can experience Choco in a way that feels real, relevant, and trustworthy.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain an on-demand demo system that lets AEs set up custom demos in

• Partner with AEs, CS, Product, and Marketing to close demo gaps and create smooth narratives

• Design safe, scalable environments where customers can try Choco themselves

• Eliminate reliance on Figma mockups — bring the real product to life in every conversation

• Continuously improve demo infrastructure based on feedback and new releases

What you’ll bring

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or startup environment — ideally your second role, with hands-on experience in implementations, technical support, or demo engineering

• Comfortable working with APIs (GraphQL, Postman) and basic coding/automation (Python or similar scripting)

• Customer-centric mindset — you understand user needs and can translate them into demos that resonate

• Collaborative and open to feedback, thriving in cross-functional work with sales, CS, and product teams

• Experience with design tools (Figma), data visualization platforms (Looker, similar), or product tour tools (Storylane, Navattic, Walnut) would be a plus
