Director of Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our North American team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and overseeing sales channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in sales forecasting, account management, and a deep understanding of the juvenile products industry, particularly car seats and strollers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing national accounts and independent channels
- Proven track record of success in sales forecasting, revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets
